Paricutin Volcano Tours Cancellation Policy

No changes will be accepted less than 24 hours before the start of the experience. The cut-off time is based on the local time of the place where the experience takes place. The weather must be good for the volcano crater tour. If cancelled due to bad weather conditions, you will be offered another date or a full refund.
In the Paricutin Volcano Tour there must be a minimum number of travelers.
If the tour is cancelled because there is not a minimum number of tourists, you will be offered another date or experience or a full refund of the amount paid.
The waiting time is 1 hr to leave the point of agreement is at the entrance of SAMS Uruapan.
Once the departure date is set aside there are no refunds of money, you can change the date respecting with 24 hrs in advance notice to postpone it.
